Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.  To start a return, please contact us at hello@beoverat8.com and kindly share the reason for your return and include three images of the kit with all products in view. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

If any individual items within your kit were damaged during shipment or arrive defective, we’re happy to send a replacement item to ensure everything is perfect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note if an any item in the kit has been used we cannot accept the return. 

Exchanges
Please contact hello@beoverat8.com if you would like to exchange your kit for a gift card that can be used to purchase alternative Be Over at 8 kits or merchandise. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
